Our services are activated immediately upon subscription. Service usage includes:

  • API requests to our endpoints

As we allocate resources specifically for your use, refunds are limited after service activation.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only under the following specific circumstances:

  • If you have purchased a subscription but have not used any of our services as defined above
  • If you have been accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • If our service has been completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 consecutive hours) and we have been unable to provide an alternative solution

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Will not result in a refund for the current billing period

Will prevent any future automatic renewals and charges

Will allow you to continue using the service until the end of the current billing period

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account dashboard and select the cancellation option, or contact our support team for assistance.

6. Promotional Subscriptions and Free Trials

No refunds are provided for promotional subscriptions or free trials. If you upgrade from a promotional offer or free trial to a paid subscription, the standard refund policy applies to the paid portion.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any payment concerns, please contact us directly first so we can resolve your issue efficiently.

Filing payment disputes without contacting us may affect your account status.
